The MENALINKS programme participated in this year’s Sustainable Buildings and Construction Summit in Lausanne

MENALINKS joined the Global ABC Sustainable Buildings and Construction Summit 2026, contributing to discussions on demand-side flexibility and building decarbonisation. 

MENALINKS participated in IVECF 2026 in Vienna, exchanging perspectives on renewable energy integration, sector coupling and resilient energy systems in the MENA region. 

MENALINKS joined high-level panels, shared initial programme results, and expanded its network to promote renewable's integration at the World PtX Summit in Marrakesh.  

MENALINKS joins FLEXCON 2025 to showcase regional flexibility solutions.

On 5 February 2025, MENALINKS  organized a publication consultation event to present the draft regulation for smart renewable mini-grids in Cairo.

From September 30 to October 3, 2024, the MENALINKS programme marked a significant milestone by launching its regional activities during Cairo Sustainable Energy Week in Egypt.

On 17 September 2024, MENALINKS hosted its second national stakeholder workshop in Amman, bringing together experts and institutional representatives.

In early June 2024, the MENALINKS programme conducted its first scoping mission to Morocco, with engagements held  in both Rabat and Casablanca.
