Short Bio
Ibtissam Elbani is the Head of the Medium Voltage Network Operations Division within SRM-MS. SRM-MS is an entity responsible for the management and operation of essential infrastructures in the fields of electricity, drinking water, and sanitation.
With 11 years of experience within this entity, and primarily in the management and operation of electrical distribution networks, Ms. Elbani has developed expertise in SCADA/DMS systems, as well as in the management of primary substations and the medium-voltage network.
Ms. Elbani has become an expert in Telecontrol (SCADA). She has developed a large experience in :
- SCADA systems (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), particularly SIEMENS supervision systems ;
- Knowledge of remote-control and remote-monitoring systems for electrical networks (RTUs, communicating relays, etc.);
- Integrating heterogeneous SCADA systems;
- Communication technologies (GPRS, 3G, 4G, fiber optics, PLC, etc.).
