Eng. Suhair Al Mhairat, CSDP®, REP™, CEM® is a sustainability and energy leader with expertise in energy management, standardization, and compliance. As CEO and co-founder of NEX-SUS for Sustainability Solutions, she drives human-centered solutions connecting energy, environment, and society while ensuring measurable impact and inclusivity. Suhair has collaborated with international organizations including AEE, CWEEL, GIZ, ISO, GFA, Dorsch, and Bureau Veritas as a team leader, technical expert, and trainer. She is a passionate advocate for women’s leadership, mentoring professionals, embedding gender in strategic policies, and supporting women entrepreneurs to inspire national and regional impact.
