Ms Arwa is a mid-career Engineer/ Policymaker in the field of Energy and Green Molecules. She posses a good grasp of technology, advanced research skills and avid learning appetite, perusing recently a humble experience data analysis and Python. With almost 12 years governmental experience, She seeks to become and is an ambitious visionary (proactive) taking active-part in sustainable development of Jordan. As a mid-career engineer, she aspires to expand her mindset in the private sector of Jordan's energy market, enrich her career journey from the insights of the governmental sector to a hands-on experience on PPP projects with a zest of traveling portfolio of official missions representing MEMR and Jordan in international Arenas. A well-spoken lecturer and public presenter for her initiative of School student and public entities personnel lectures of "EE concepts" awareness on behalf of MEMR, which she has been delivering since 2022. Current field of work: Energy Policies/ awareness campaigns on EE/ Green Hydrogen Investments Opportunities.

− Initiated and Conducting EE awareness campaign and lectures targeted by MEMR media & REEE teams, for various audience segments ( Schools, Universities ..) in an interactive scheme developed personally to instill EE concepts, I started since 2022 and by the end of 2025 I have done 35+ lectures in all Jordan cities
