Rima Jreich is a Senior Policy and Regulatory Officer with extensive experience in renewable energy, sustainable development, and climate policy. She has worked across Africa and the Mediterranean to advance inclusive, evidence-informed energy transitions, bridging policy, regulation, and implementation. At the RES4Africa Foundation, she contributes to the design and delivery of strategic programmes and publications that connect policymaking, investment frameworks, and capacity building. Her work is grounded in nexus thinking, integrating energy, climate action, biodiversity, finance, and social inclusion to move beyond sectoral silos and foster coherent, systemic solutions. Rima is the author of several policy and analytical reports, including the Women in Energy Report, which examines structural barriers, enabling conditions, and actionable pathways to advance gender equality and leadership in the energy sector. She brings a strong commitment to equity, collaboration, and evidence-based decision-making, with a focus on ecosystem building and translating complex challenges into tangible, lasting impact for people and planet.
