I am a senior international energy efficiency and renewable energy expert with over 30 years of professional experience, including more than 25 years dedicated to energy policy, regulatory and institutional frameworks, and program implementation, mainly in the MENA region. I have extensive experience supporting governments, municipalities, and public institutions in the design, implementation, and monitoring of large-scale energy efficiency and renewable energy programs.
